<idPurp>SAV Habitat represents the area where Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) presence was surveyed at least once during a five year period from 2017 to 2021.</idPurp>

A new field "SAVHabitat" was added to each dataset. All polygons with sav density greater than 0 were coded SAVHabitat = 'SAV Habitat". The five datasets where combined and polygons with density = 0 were deleted. The remaining polygons were dissolved on the SAVHabitat field. A new field indicating the year range was add to the final layer and calculated with the year range of the SAV data used.</stepDesc>
