Each feature represents a unique combination of DA permit number and geographic location. Permit locations have been consolidated across fiscal years to eliminate duplicate point geometries while preserving permit history. The feature class serves as the primary spatial layer for querying permit information and is related to detailed impact and mitigation records through the PermitUID field.
