Description: The Shoreline Exposure (Fetch) is a feature class that shows potential exposure to winds. The shoreline is copied from the Texas ESI dataset with modifications based on Texas TOP 2015 imagery and 2018 and Google Earth imagery. Fetch is determined in 16 directions from points placed every 25m along the shoreline. Exposure values are recorded onto points and arcs along a shoreline. The average fetch is calculated in each quadrant (NE, SE, SW, NW) and the longest average fetch is selected to represent the shoreline segment.
