This layer was processed to depict only the 100-ft upland edge of localities' RPA's in order to capture just the 100-ft buffer, not RPA features like wetlands and streams.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>A 100-ft RPA buffer was created by CCRM for localities without existing mapped RPA layers.
