Permit locations have been consolidated across fiscal years to eliminate duplicate point geometries while preserving permit history. The feature class serves as the primary spatial layer for querying permit information and is related to detailed impact and mitigation records through the PermitUID field. Related records provide information on authorized impacts, compensatory mitigation requirements, and associated fiscal year reporting data.
